- Quiet hours between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am
- No smoking in the apartment (additional 100 dlls fee)
- Must show a valid & current ID (passport)
- Guest visits must be authorized by the Client and informed to the Host
- Guest is solely responsible of any and all of the damages caused by Client's guests to the Apartment or any part of the building
- The building has security cameras in common areas. Footage may be delivered to authorities if necessary
- Only 4 visitors allow in the apartment, cannot stay over night or additional charges may apply
- ONLY the number of people indicated in the listing are allowed for overnight stay
- If there is a misuse of the Apartment and deep cleaning is required a fee of US$200 will apply
- The Client must fill and sign a check-in format
